Today the GM Maui Group is honored to give you an introduction to a true office favorite: Cool Cat Cafe in Lahaina, right off the ocean and near to the Banyan Tree on the historic west side of the island!
Originating in California—with locations in Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo—Cool Cat Cafe has been delighting Valley Isle kama’aina and our visitors alike with their outstanding selection of dishes, including some of the best burgers you can find in Hawaii and elsewhere. These handmade, never-frozen burgers can be customized to your heart’s content, along with being offered in several appealing fashions that are made to order and composed of fresh, all-natural ingredients.
Oh, and if ribs are more your thing...boy, are you in luck! Cool Cat Cafe serves up its famous Baby-Back Ribs on the daily, slow-smoked for 4 hours and then char-broiled in their house blend of spices and homemade BBQ sauce. Mmm-mmm!
