Tense muscles. Ugh.

Sure, island living has its perks, but make no mistake—even here in paradise, stress and fatigue can make even the fittest among us long for a little rejuvenation!

Thankfully, that’s where Dean Nicklaw and the Longevity Health Center come in. Located in historic Wailuku town (on Upper Main Street), Dean and crew provide everything from medical and sports massage to acupuncture, chiropractic services, Chinese medicine, and even stretching classes on the weekends to keep you limber, fit, and feeling your very best.

Dean himself—the possessor of some of the most-skilled and strongest hands on the island!—is at the clinic multiple days per week plying his trade, along with helping the residents of the Fairmont Kea Lani relax as well. He’s Gary’s go-to for all of his aches and pains, and is directly responsible for keeping Mr. Mooers spry on the sands of his weekly volleyball game—no mean feat, indeed!

If you’re in need of some serious relaxation, then give Dean a call—you can reach him at:

  • 808-242-8844 (for the Longevity Health Center in Wailuku)
  • 808-875-2229 (for appointments @ Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea)

You can also check out the Longevity Health Center’s website for all the latest on their innovative, integrative healthcare services. Just be sure and finagle your appointment ahead of time—with hands this talented, you can rest assured there won’t be any walk-in appointments available!
